1. Participation and Assumption of Risk

Bananas Golf activities involve physical movement, golf equipment, flying golf balls, and outdoor or venue-based conditions.

By participating, you understand and agree that:

  • You may be struck by a golf ball or equipment
  • Surfaces, platforms, or environments may be uneven or slippery
  • Injury or damage may occur

2. Liability Waiver

Bananas Golf, its owners, employees, partners, contractors, and any hosting venue including golf courses, driving ranges, or event locations are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.

  • Accidents during gameplay or while near the activity

3. Venue Protection

Any venue hosting or allowing Bananas Golf activities is not responsible for injuries, damages, or claims related to participation.

You agree not to hold the venue liable under any circumstances.

4. Rules, Conduct, and Disqualification

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse participation to anyone
  • Remove participants for unsafe behavior
  • Disqualify any player for rule violations or suspected manipulation

All decisions made by Bananas Golf are final.

5. Shot Verification and Video Requirement

All shots are recorded.

To qualify for any prize:

  • There must be clear video evidence of the shot
  • The video must show that the ball was struck by the participant’s club
  • The ball must clearly enter the target

Bananas Golf has sole discretion in determining whether a shot qualifies.

Any unclear, obstructed, or disputed footage may result in disqualification.

6. Prize Terms and Fulfillment

If a participant wins a prize:

  • Verification may be required before awarding the prize
  • A form may be sent and must be completed by the winner
  • Failure to complete required verification may result in forfeiture

Prizes will be fulfilled within 30 days after verification is completed.

Additional terms:

  • Prizes may be substituted with an item of equal value if necessary
  • Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
  • No cash value unless explicitly stated

7. Media Release

By participating, you grant Bananas Golf permission to use your:

  • Video footage
